Signing Joey Archibald to fight our own Billy Speary at the Kingston Armory on October 1 was a master stroke on the part of Al Dewey - It'll not only be a great bout but gives Speary an excellent chance to win national recognition in the featherweight division - Archibald is one of the most dangerous battlers in the ring game and if Speary emerges victorious over the former title holder the Nanticoke mittster will become one of the top title contenders - The entire program is crammed with action fighters and the officials, no matter what verdicts are rendered, will come in for plenty of abuse from the spectators - Eddie O'leary of Pringle gets a sever test from Al Brown of Philadelphia in the 6-round semi-windup.
